A few years ago I was asked to help make the quarterly newsletter for the Rhode Island Federation of Garden Clubs, the umbrella organisation responsible for all the town garden clubs in the state of Rhode Island. These newsletters involve calendars, articles written by other federation and club members, news and events, and flyers pertaining to the groups' many ongoing activities.
